To ensure the necessary service, the owner will need to purchase one of the rental accessory sets, which include cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.
This standard set of accessories greatly simplifies inventory management in the villa and reduces expenses.
The cost of the accessory set for a 3-bedroom villa is 423,500 THB + 165,000 THB.
The cost of the accessory set for a 4-bedroom villa is 537,000 THB + 190,000 THB.

The Trichada Azure furniture package costs 1,099,000 THB for a 3-bedroom villa and 1,435,000 THB for a 4-bedroom villa.

This rental program is optional, so the owner can independently organise the rental and management of the villa.

International property management company Knight Frank is also responsible for managing and providing the following services for the common area of the complex:
• appointing contractors for the maintenance of common areas
• 24/7 security on the premises
• landscaping of common areas
• pest control in common areas
• garbage collection from common areas
• infrastructure and common services management
• pool cleaning
• villa garden maintenance

OWNERSHIP
Foreigners can own buildings directly in their own name or in the name of an offshore company, with property registration at the Department of Land.

In Thailand, there are restrictions on foreign ownership of land in freehold, but such restrictions do not apply to leasehold. Trichada offers 4 lease terms of 30 years, which will also be registered with the Department of Land.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
• 2% upon signing the reservation agreement
• 28% upon signing the main contract (within one month after reservation)
• 20% upon completion of villa construction up to the roof (approximately 9 weeks)
• 20% upon completion of the pitched roof (approximately 10 weeks)
• 20% upon completion of ceiling installation, flooring, aluminum doors, and window frames (approximately 11 weeks)
• 10% upon villa handover and transfer of ownership rights documentation (approximately 12 weeks)
