Grande Caribbean Condo Resort is a complex consisting of a high-rise 30-storey building of premium class and 3 eight-storey buildings.
The project covers an area of 18400 sq. m. the Construction of the complex completed in 2015.
Inside the complex there is an extensive infrastructure with artificial beach, 3-level swimming pools, ancient ships and waterfalls.

POOLS One of the distinctive features of the "Grand Caribbean" - a stunning variety of facilities for families, among which is to highlight the huge swimming pools on three levels with man-made beach.
PIRATE SHIP. On the territory of the pools there are two huge interactive pirate ships with sun terraces, water cannons and a lounge for a relaxing holiday under the deck.
TROPICAL JACUZZI. Among the tropical gardens and the curves of the pool residents will find a cozy tropical Jacuzzi, hidden in a small cave.
LIGHTHOUSE. The Central element of the landscape is a lighthouse, connected by bridges with all the main objects of the territory.
GAME HALL. The tower "ze Cruz" has a games room open to all residents, with several tables for Billiards, games and a cinema - a great place for the whole family.
FITNESS CENTRE. The ze Cruz tower also features a fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment. Residents can keep fit, almost without leaving the house.
KIDS' CLUB. If all the pools, the game room and the pirate ships are not enough to keep the children occupied, they will find the use of their energy in the children's club. A variety of designs for climbing, games and toys definitely will not get bored younger family members.
