The construction of the villa typically takes 10 to 12 months, during which the following payment schedule is offered:

1st - Reservation deposit - 5%
2nd - Upon signing the purchase agreement (within 30 days of reservation) - 20%
3rd - Upon completion of foundation, walls, and roof - 30%
4th - Upon completion of wall and ceiling painting - 15%
5th - Upon completion of interior work - 20%
6th - At the time of registration - 10%

All taxes and fees during registration will be divided equally (50/50) between the developer and the buyer.
